You might be asking yourself why a clothing brand is publishing a cookbook. Believe it or not, food and drink have always played a big role in Raised by Wolves. Collaborations are born over coffee, new team members are welcomed in with a pint, our team decompresses after a long week at Social Committee (5 à 7) and we celebrate milestones at our favourite restaurants.

Over the years, we have partnered with local breweries, distilleries, wine bars, diners, pizza joints, bakeries, coffee roasters and even a hot sauce label to create meaningful products and experiences for our customers. At Raised by Wolves, we feel there is no better way to celebrate the launch of a new collection than with some good old-fashioned social lubricant and some freshly shucked oysters or personal calzones (like we served up at our Reebok and Saucony launches, respectively).

We have half-jokingly, half-seriously talked about the Braised by Wolves Cookbook for close to a decade and are pleased to finally share this side of the brand with you. We hope these recipes bring you joy at home and, when the time is right, an idea for a meal to share with loved ones.

As COVID-19 started to hit Canada and social distancing measures were put in place, our domestic factories shuttered their doors and forced us to put our day-to-day design and production on hold. As the dust started to settle, we took the opportunity to step back and ask ourselves how we could help.

With the aid of some of our favourite local restaurants, bartenders and independent chefs from Ottawa and Montreal, we bring you the Braised by Wolves Cookbook. 100% of the revenues generated by sales of this cookbook will be donated to the Ottawa Food Bank for families in need.
